I just came across this podcast of an interview with Dr Vint Cerf. It is quite good, and he has a sense of humour which I liked. It accompanies a blog that I stumbled across that the interviewer (Tom Raftery) keeps and he has logged his questions and the minutes as they occur so you can navigate through it if you want to.
On further investigation I noticed a few other interesting podcasts including a weblog one which I might listen to next.
